The level of paranoia in that article from all sides (especially the lovely comments from a conservative Jew about “self-hating Hollywood Jews”) is pretty astounding.
Particularly telling is the fact that a fire alarm went off during the conference and it was regarded as “suspicious.”
Every time I read something like this with its “My interpretation of our religion is the ONLY RIGHT ONE, and your interpretation of our religion condems you for all eternity!” dick-measuring contests, I move further and further away from organized religion.
