Thought

I’ve been getting up early to work out, since I’ve needed to do that for about, oh, 10 years. But I realized something as I was dragging myself out of bed this morning at 6:30am.

I’m now getting up at the same time I was falling asleep two months ago.

I just have to keep telling myself that this is good for me, and will not, in fact, kill me, as it feels like it might at this hour.
