The Jack Bauer Tour Of Europe Begins 1

For those who don’t watch 24, Jack Bauer is Kiefer Sutherland’s character, who often says, “THERE’S NO TIME!”

In about two hours, I’m leaving for New York, and from there, I’m going to Europe for five weeks with Mark.

I’m extremely excited about this. It’s been a very long, exhausting May, and looking forward to this trip has kept me from losing my goddamn mind.

We’re going at a pretty strenuous pace, so we’ll see how well we keep it up, but here’s our current EuroItinerary:

Fly to London, immediate train to Paris
Bruges, Belgium
Amsterdam, Netherlands
Copenhagen, Denmark
Berlin, Germany
Prague, Czech Republic
Vienna, Austria
(assorted other places in Austria depending on time)
Venice, Italy
Rome, Italy
Florence, Italy
Nice, France
Geneva, Switzerland
Gimmelwald, Switzerland
(Assorted castles in southern Germany)
Munich, Germany
London, England

Unfortunately we’re going to have limited internet access and no phone, but if you want to email me use the link to the right and I’ll get back to you as I can.

And for those who were wondering, on my birthday, we’ll be in Berlin, drinking German beer IN GERMANY. I don’t think I could possibly ask for a better birthday present.

I’ll try and post brief updates here when I can, but I’ll probably put together some sort of site about the trip when I get back and am desperately looking for work so I can pay for all this.

I hope everyone has a great June, and I’ll be back in the States in early July.

Be careful of that German beer.

    One drink…YOU ARE DRUNK!
