- Nest Learning Thermostat. First generation. This thing is absolutely fantastic. Saved us a ton of money on our gas and electric bills, and can be controlled from anywhere via the app or the website, allowing the ultimate in laziness: Changing the temperature in your house or apartment without having to get off the couch. Truly, we live in the future. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
Comes with backplate (silver thing in the picture) so if you have to install it where something previously was and need to cover up a hole, it’s pretty seamless. Asking $60.

- Wooden Side Table. Kind of an interesting little design. Probably could stand to be refinished but will look pretty good when it is.

- Whirlwind A/B Switch. Allows you to easily switch from one instrument to another without it being insanely loud to unplug and replug everything.
Does not include power supply – runs on a 9V battery (not included). Asking $20.
