I got a 140 hour TiVo from Joel and his wonderful world of sketchiness, because it was a deal so great I knew I’d never be able to pass it up.
For $155, i got a year of service AND the box itself (which normally retails for about 300 bucks). And since I’m activating it as a 2nd TiVo (which is cheaper), the service goes for 22 months without me paying an extra dime.
I have the capability to record 220 hours of television. I may never leave my apartment again.
