There are a lot of implausible things that happen in the 24 universe, but fans can usually dismiss even the largest of plot holes.
But tonight, they finally did it. They finally found a plot hole so utterly ludicrous, even I had to call bullshit.
There was a convoy that was going from southern Illinois into Iowa that was attacked at the border. Someone was talking about it to the president.
The sentence, “Luckily, it was in a mountainous region in the middle of the night” was uttered.
Mountainous? The Illinois-Iowa border? BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
It’s not just as flat as a pancake. It’s considerably flatter. I realize not a lot of people have actually been there that are not from Illinois or Iowa, but come on.
People are dumb, but not THAT dumb.

How can we stand to watch this “Amnesty Global” plotline bullshit? Is this season going anywhere? Tragically, I don’t think there’s any time left for it to go anywhere. So screw that.
I’m calling them on that since the other plotlines, while admittedly fairly dumb, are at least remotely plausible.
