Whilst checking that my last post posted, I noticed this site has now officially gotten more than 10,000 hits over about a year (there was a period when the counter was banished because it was acting up). Woo Hoo! Thanks to everyone who’s visited!

I will be posting sporadically for about the next month, as I am moving to Los Angeles and taking a very long roadtrip. There will be occasional updates, providing I can get access to someone else’s computer, since this one’s about to go in a box. Have a good August, everyone!

In Monsters, Inc., right after Boo escapes from the restaurant, there’s a psychologist on television and he says, complete with Sigmund Freud accent: “It is my professional opinion that now is the time to PANIC!” I’ll be packing furiously for the next few hours, brief update before I stuff this computer into a box.

So I’m usually in favor of things that lead to more women having sex with women, which means there’s at least a miniscule probability that they might be doing so with me, but I think this Australian proposal is just a little too weird.

My books are all packed! Why am I so tired after packing only four boxes? Perhaps because each of these boxes weighs about one metric ton, but that could just be a coincidence. This is going to be a long few days, isn’t it?

On my roadtrip, I should avoid Bozeman, Montana.

It’s official: I have way too much shit and way too little motivation.

I have got to find out where they sell this, so I can buy some for large numbers of my friends as a gag gift.

No wonder I sat on the tarmac at National for 2 hours last friday when I was coming back from D.C., since this is what was happening in Chicago.

I’m moving across the country in a week. I haven’t packed a goddamn thing. I’ve barely cleaned my room. SHIT.
