Posting’s going to be a little sporadic for a while, because I’m having wild swings in my ability to both sleep and wake up.
I slept for 16 hours on Saturday because I’m so exhausted from sweeps. And despite that, I overslept by almost two hours this morning (though due to my weird schedule, was still at work by 9am).
My schedule is so fucked it’s almost comical now. Especially the “I pop out of bed at 9am on Sunday” part. That’s fucking hysterical.
The whole working out in the morning thing is something that helps me feel better physically, but the tiredness is getting to the point where I’m questioning whether this is all worth it.
But 12 to 14 hour days chock full of insanity with an hour of morning workouts certainly explains why I slept through two alarms this morning.
I’ve read that the best time to excercise is about one hour before you want to go to sleep.
I excercise at 11 p.m. I’m just sayin…
See, and I’m told the best time to exercise is in the morning because you keep burning extra calories all day. Plus, if I try to exercise before before bed, I get all energized and can’t sleep for like 3 hours.
After I excercise, all I want to do is go to sleep….or, you know, flex in the mirror or something 😉
