I got my computer back this afternoon. I’m reloading data onto it now, programs tonight when I get home.
AND…It stopped raining! Not one damn drop in the forecast for the next ten days. Damn good thing too, I was about to start looking for an ark.

How DO you survive?
*It was true with my family in the 80s as it is true today: Mocking someone from LA isn’t even a challenge.*
It wasn’t even a challenge for you guys to mock me back when I was still from Chicago. 🙂
It should be perfectly obvious I survive on smoothies, granola, and shots of wheat grass juice.
Yeah, but back in Chicago, you didn’t complain about the rain as if it were akin to death.
Oh yes I did, when it rained as much as it has in California recently. I bitched to high hell when I was working at Chicago Recording Company and a) lightning hit the track right behind a train I was on b) i spent all day blow-drying myself repeatedly getting soaked. Too bad I didn’t have a blog then, I could link and prove that my whininess is not a new thing.
